2. Custom Products
   Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, such as custom buddy badges, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

3. Payment
   Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept payment methods as specified at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
   Shipping times may vary. Please allow 4-5 weeks for processing and delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns and Exchanges
   All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

6. Intellectual Property
   All content and designs on this site and in our products are owned by 21 Collective or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
   21 Collective is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
